Add Supplementary Documents during Media Upload


Users can provide supplementary documents (such as transcripts, teaching aid guides and associated information) during media upload using the 'Upload Supplementary Documents' option under the 'Resources' tab, on the 'Add Media' page. 




Click on the Upload button to add a Supplementary Document to the existing video. The accepted file format is Adobe Acrobat PDF documents.

Select the PDF file from your local computer to upload it to the repository. Once the upload is completed provide  a suitable name for the uploaded document in the text box  (e.g: Teaching guide, Transcript etc.)



Add Supplementary Documents to Existing Media


Users can also add the documents to an existing media resource. Select the media from the listing under the dashboard menu, to which a supplementary document has to be added.





On clicking the title, the user will be directed to the 'Edit Object' page for that uploaded media.





Click on the Add button to add a Supplementary Document to the existing video. The accepted file format is Adobe Acrobat PDF documents.

Select the PDF file from your local computer to upload it to the repository. Once the upload is completed provide  a suitable name for the uploaded document in the text box  (e.g: Teaching guide, Transcript etc.)



Accessing Uploaded Supplementary Documents


The uploaded documents for a media, will appear on the media playback page, from where they can be accessed and downloaded.
